Most likely, no. On hotel based tours, 99% of the time bikes are left at the final accommodation for the local tour operator to retrieve. The specific tour page will note if otherwise under "Bike rentals" on the Dates and Prices tab.
The bikes remain on the boat on bike and boat tours.
